CARRIER DELAYS | Shipping carriers such as FedEx, USPS, DHL and UPS are experiencing delays in their deliveries because of COVID19. Many carrier hubs have had to make adjustments to ensure the safety of their employees which is slowing down transit time. If the arrival of your package is past the expected delivery rate you should expect to see an update on your tracking within 2-3 days. Please contact us at sayhello@beciga.com with any concerns you have about your orders.

SHIPPING CARRIER | We ship via UPS and USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item(s) ships, you will receive an email with the parcel number; this is a delivery confirmation number, NOT a tracking number. The number may not show or be updated within the USPS system even though it has shipped.

Estimated transit times are shown when you checkout, these are transit estimates once the item SHIPS and leaves our NJ boutique. This is NOT expedited service only an estimate of the length of time the package will take to get to you once it ships.

 Most in-stock items ship within 2 - 3 business days of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 4-6 days (business) to process. Pre-order items will ship on their estimated ship date that is listed on the product page. We cannot refund for expedited shipping charges if orders are shipped within this 48 hour processing time prior to shipping.

BACKORDERS | Sometimes an item is so popular it flies out! Other times we’re lovingly waiting for it to arrive to Beciga. Either way, you can still place your order and we promise to get it to you asap. We know when you love something, you shift into OMG-Can’t-Wait-to-Get-It mode. We love your patience and excitement.

What is the Beciga's return policy?

We accept products bought from Beciga within 14 days in new condition in original packaging + tags attached for store credit only. Please note all final sale items, intimates, jewelry, and accessories are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Sale items purchased at a discount of 30% or more, including items bought with discount or promo codes are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Once we get your items back your refund will be issued in store credit. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 14 days.

Full priced items in new condition. Item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and original packaging.

Accessories, Intimates, and Jewelry are excluded and always final sale.

What items are non-refundable?

Items marked as final sale.

Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

Accessories, Intimates, and Jewelry are final sale.

Items marked as Final Sale, Accessory, or purchased at a discount of 30% or more off.

Sale items including items purchased during flash sales or with a code.
